The Role
As a Creative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of graphic designers to deliver innovative and impactful work. You will set a clear vision for creative projects, providing strategic direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to understand project requirements, deadlines, and constraints, and striking a balance between creative freedom and practical needs. Your leadership will be key in guiding the team to achieve exceptional results while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage our in-house brands and their look and feel
- Come up with creative ideas and campaigns that align with our marketing goals
- Help senior leaders put together proposals and presentations
- Set up and keep track of our creative workflows and processes, ensuring deadlines are met and work meets or exceeds our standard of excellence
- Jump in to help with design work when the team needs support
- Be the go-to person when issues or questions come up
