A company is looking for a Business Support and Administrative - Attorney 1.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport high volume U.S. business immigration operations including petition review and ensuring legal complianceTrain administrative staff on USCIS filings and assist with legal and operational issue resolutionsRespond to inquiries from visa-dependent employees regarding visa and green card eligibilityRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible universityAdmission to the bar1+ year of experience in immigration law, preferably in employment-based immigrationExperience with high-volume immigration processes is preferredFamiliarity with I-9 completion and E-Verify processes
