This isnt a traditional admin-focused receptionist / executive assistant role the role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

This position is open due to an internal promotion, offering excellent opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support Customer Engagement efforts by enabling the sales organization to provide customers with expanded product options
  • A general understanding of and appreciation for the driven, results-oriented mindset of an entrepreneur.
  • Act as the point of contact between our Agent and clients.
  • Complete sales transactions for the Agent.
  • Handle high-level customer service issues that require consistent follow-through & follow-up
  • Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access
  • Produce high quality emails and messages to customers
  • A varied enough background to support a fast-growing company.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Min 3 years prior experience in an executive assistant, receptionist or customer service role.
  • Prior sales experience or experience is a sales organization is helpful
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty License
  • Must be able to obtain Life & Health license
  • BENEFITS :

  • Paid time off (holidays and personal / sick days)
  • $32,000 - $35,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses
  • Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
