What You'll Do :

• Manage Client Accounts : Keep our database up-to-date and ensure our clients' information is accurate.
• Assist Clients : Help clients with policy changes and answer their questions with confidence.
• Process Claims : Navigate insurance claims smoothly and keep clients informed every step of the way.
• Collaborate with Underwriters : Work together to ensure timely policy issuance and enhance client satisfaction.

• Organized & Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
• Excellent Communicator : Your communication and customer service skills will shine in this role.

• Willing to Learn : You'll need to obtain a P&C Insurance license within 30 days and a Life and Health license within 90 days.
