The Licensing Analyst is primarily responsible for TPA, RPG, and MGA reporting including renewals and new applications for multiple entities within Arrowhead Programs. The ideal candidate will provide support and direction relative to the handling of various licensing and support needs of the department. The candidate will also guide the program entities on their specialized license needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following (other duties may be assigned) :
- Work with Finance to prepare and submit TPA, RPG, and MGA license reports and renewals by deadlines.
- Responsible for maintaining insurance licenses for various entities as well as teammates.
- Works with management to prioritize workload and ensure deadlines are met. Finds creative and practical solutions to problems as various issues arise.
- Research projects assigned as needed.
- Potential travel to licensing-related conferences
- Other projects and duties as assigned
