Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming multi-axis CNC machines using ESPRIT CAM software , and have a strong understanding of tight-tolerance machining, aerospace materials, and GD&T.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT for lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications to generate accurate programs
- Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient and precise machining
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and improve machining processes
- Maintain documentation, revision control, and program archives
- Support first article inspection (FAI) and AS9100 quality requirements
- Ensure programs meet all customer, quality, and safety standards
