We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming multi-axis CNC machines using ESPRIT CAM software , and have a strong understanding of tight-tolerance machining, aerospace materials, and GD&T.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT for lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines
  • Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications to generate accurate programs
  • Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient and precise machining
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and improve machining processes
  • Maintain documentation, revision control, and program archives
  • Support first article inspection (FAI) and AS9100 quality requirements
  • Ensure programs meet all customer, quality, and safety standards

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience in aerospace and / or defense manufacturing
  • Proficient in ESPRIT CAM software or similar
  • Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, GD&T, and machining best practices
  • Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis machines is a plus
  • Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems and FAI processes
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and 3D CAD models
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
