Job Summary

Teach eight-week, four-credit, asynchronous online Introduction to Statistics courses for the Psychology program in the College of Adult & Professional Studies. Adjunct faculty members are an important part of our academic program. Thank you for your interest in supporting Bethel's commitment to provide high quality learning experiences for our students. We pay $1,000 per credit hour for online courses.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching in fully online, asynchronous courses.
  • Timely grading of student homework and forum posts.
  • Being available for student questions via email or potentially online through Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to contribute to Bethel's anti-racism efforts and cross-cultural understanding.

  • Experience teaching online or in-person is preferred.
  • Education

  • Minimum of a Master's degree is required. Graduate coursework includes Statistics or Quantitative Reasoning courses.
  • Additional Information

  • Compensation based on delivery method as follows :
  • Online undergraduate - $1000 / credit hour
  • Hybrid or Face to Face Undergraduate -$1250 / credit hour
  • Online Graduate School - $1250 / credit hour
  • Hybrid or Face to Face Graduate School - $1500 / credit hour
