Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Stock Manager.

Responsibilities

The Stock Manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, efficiency and customer serviceas well as managing the team responsible stocking items on the shelves and ensuring the neat, orderly condition of the store.

• Maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency and customer service :
• Not a supervisory role
• Ensure customer service goals are continuously met
• Formulate and enforce picking goals for each area / zone of the warehouse.
• Ensure dock to stock for most lines within 72 hours.
• Work with purchasing to develop and implement procedures for unloading orders from vendors and stocking them on our shelves.
• Ensure trucks / trailers are efficiently and accurately loaded / unloaded to support the efficient movement of goods and materials to their destinations to fulfill commitment to our customers and support sales objectives.
• Work with dispatchers and outbound production team to enhance customer service via delivery vehicles.
• Check in and post orders from hubs and vendors
• Maintain an accurate count of inventory
• Assist parts pullers to locate and identify parts
• Handle damaged deliveries, report damaged merchandise to shippers and vendors
• Coordinate with store manager and purchasing on inventory updates and replacements
• Perform other related duties as assigned
