Job Summary
Stocks food and beverage in a timely, professional, and efficient manner utilizing Safety and Sanitation Standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Delivers food / beverages to Concession Stands, Bars, Portables, etc. pre-event and during events.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
- Locks up and stores all food & beverage products, and equipment.
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; Keeps work area clean and organized.
- Collects trash and cardboard from Levy locations.
- Maintains stock and cleanliness of condiment carts.
- Rotates stock using the FIFO method; reporting any near out of date items to the warehouse.
- Lift / push / pull up to 165 lbs.
- Exposure to hot and cold environments.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
