RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Leadership Skills: You've got proven experience leading a team in a retail environment and know how to inspire and connect.
• Customer Service Star Power: Exceptional people skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members alike.
• Operational Know-How: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle schedules, inventory, and store operations seamlessly.
• Passion for Pets: A genuine love for animals and a deep commitment to their well-being.
• Retail Rockstar Experience: 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the pet industry.
