The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Supply Planner , working in Manufacturing industry in Chicago .
- Determine the quantity and mix of product to be purchased leveraging the demand plan, the ERP system, and logistics and supplier performance data.
- Reconcile inventories in the ERP system with inventory reports from remote stocking locations
- Maintain and evaluate ERP planning parameters including but not limited to lot-sizing rules, lead times, and supplier information
- Create purchase orders with complete and accurate price, load quantities and product descriptions to achieve the maximum amount of sales with the least amount of inventory
