Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAY What You'll Do:-Support planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs, and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.-Lead efforts to maintain project documentation. -Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as needed.-Assists the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues. -Analyze information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to the project team. -Applies critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues.-Develop and produce basic ad hoc and automated departmental analyses and reports (incl. workflow analysis, project analysis, trend reporting, strategic analysis, other).-Adhere to all standards and procedures ensuring high-quality work and that efforts are appropriately and accurately documented.-Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. -Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.-Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the client brand.-Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.-Complete other related duties as assigned. What You'll Bring:-High School Diploma or GED.-Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis.- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Documentation Development.
