HyperSpectral is seeking a proactive and versatile Technical Business Analyst and Product Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Product Officer, driving key initiatives across research, solution development, and business development. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of business analysis expertise, basic coding skills, business and market development and familiarity with LLM and generative AI tools. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to take on a variety of responsibilities and make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science (or related field)
- 3-5 years of business analyst experience , preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Basic coding skills to support technical documentation, prototyping, or automation tasks. C# and Python experience is preferred.
- Familiarity and experience with LLM and generative AI tools to automate documents and requirements
- Experience converting business requirements to technical requirements , user stories, and use cases
- Experience with Lean / Agile methods for startup development
- Experience working in smaller startups , wearing multiple hats and juggling various roles
- Experience with AWS cloud platform and architecture , as well as security and auditing tools
- Work experience in medical devices or agricultural fields
- Ideally, experience with hyperspectral technologies and techniques
- Strong understanding of market analysis frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office365 services
- Experience in social media management and marketing
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
- Experience working with distributed development teams .
Key Responsibilities
115,000 - $145,000 a year
At HyperSpectral, we believe in rewarding our team members fairly and competitively. For this position, the compensation package is comprised of salary, performance bonuses and equity options, resulting in a total range of $115,000-$145,000 . Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and educational background.
