  • Assist G6 staff in processing USASOC G6 training, TMT tasker management, and tracking policy implementation and compliance levels.
  • Apply knowledge of operational procedures of personnel programs to track progress in meeting directorate- and division-wide projects utilizing available resources.
  • Use communication, teamwork, and customer service skills to suggest and lead innovations that support the efforts of the G6.
  • Apply knowledge of office procedures with attention to detail when reviewing and tracking priorities and documentation.
  • Administer all phases of document preparation, processing, and review in compliance with general style manuals and policies regarding grammar, sentence structure, capitalization, usage, and established format and distribution requirements.
  • Apply fact-finding and presentation techniques utilizing automated office tools to maintain and track data records.
  • Utilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the G6.
  • Quickly learn and integrate into the USASOC culture.
  • Proficiently use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to produce clear and concise analyses, plans, reports, presentations, memos, and messages.

Additional Duties May Include

  • Flexibly accept assignments supporting various aspects of the G6 and work independently while seeking guidance as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to support all assigned tasks.
  • Assist with the development and review of policy administration documentation as requested.
  • Assist the Government in generating reports analyzing and assessing performance against standards.
  • Assist the Government in preparing briefings and training documentation on operating procedures and requirements.
  • Create reports and data visualizations to make recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor project schedule compliance levels, identify gaps, and potential issues.
  • Track open issues and follow up with issue owners.
  • Provide planning support for programs including scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Gather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports.
  • Process incoming mail and organize, route, and distribute appropriately.
  • Organize meetings and events-virtual or in-person-and assist in planning and preparing agendas and meeting notes as requested.
  • Demonstrate experience in the use of portals for document management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Required Experience

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant administrative, analytical, or program support experience in a government, military, or similar organizational environment.
  • Experience supporting senior-level staff, managing documentation, and maintaining program schedules.
  • Clearance Level
