KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in M&A Services for our KPMG Strategy practice.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage engagements related to the creation and implementation of integration and separation services.
• Drive business development by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives and participating in proposal development activities.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, facilitating interviews and workshops.
• Direct the development and presentation of final project deliverables.
• Ensure engagement quality while fostering staff development.
