We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager, Partnership Strategy & Service to assist team members with managing a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring the successful delivery of contractual assets and activation plans. This role focuses on fostering strong client relationships, overseeing day-to-day activation efforts, and contributing to the growth and retention of partnerships. This position is ideal for a mid-level professional looking to deepen their account management expertise and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic team. What You Will Do : Account Management & Client Relations :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
• Develop and implement activation plans tailored to partner goals, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Conduct regular check-ins with partners, documenting all communications in the Player 15 Group CRM (KORE Interactive).
• Address partner questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
