Job Description : Support the definition of new go-to-market models for the US electrical channel. Focus on strategies such as the channel approach for Schneider Electric’s new prosumer offer, strategy for selling software through channel, and how to work with SE acquisitions on channel strategy. Work closely with leaders across Channel Sales, the National Sales Force, and lines of business, reporting to the VP of channel strategy. Understand and address market trends, customer / distributor needs, competition, primary economic levers, and industry trends. Identify key coverage gaps, leveraging both organic and inorganic opportunities to grow both market and wallet share. Collaborate on strategy for : US prosumer offer; Selling software through channel; and Increasing QMerit and acquisitions’ channel positioning. Identify ways to leverage acquisitions or SE Venture investments in driving strength and profitability of the US channel. Develop business cases and present proposals to senior leadership. Eligible for % remote work. Requirements : Position requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and progressive, post-bachelor’s experience (3 years with Master’s, 5 years with Bachelor’s) in marketing, strategy, product or planning management, or related occupation. Must have at least some experience in the following skills : Developing GTM strategy; Developing innovative commercial strategy in the construction, residential, or industrial markets; Advising business executives on strategic marketing plans; Developing insights and solutions through financial and business analysis, using channel classification tool, NAED reports, NEMA market share reports, SAP, or bFO; Applying complex frameworks, including 4P analysis to analyze new market opportunities; Synthesizing market data, stakeholder input, and external research; Presenting, verbally and in writing to executives and high-level stakeholders; Channel management for new product launches; and Evaluating financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, ROI projects, or PL projects.
