Fives North American Combustion, Inc. is hiring a full-time welder to join our team in Cuyahoga Heights, OH.

At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common mission. Your role will be :

• Welds metal parts together, using gas welding and any combination of arc welding processes.
• Performs related tasks, such as thermal cutting and grinding.
• Repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts.
• Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
• May locate and repair cracks in industrial engine cylinder heads, using inspection equipment and gas torch.
• May be required to pass employer performance tests or standard tests to meetcertification standards of governmental agencies or professional and technical associations
• Assembly and welding of laid-out components
• Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding
• Sets up equipment and welds parts using arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding equipment
• Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts
