Trumbull Corporation has an immediate opening for a Welder at our shop in West Mifflin, PA.

Primary Function :

Lays out, fits, and welds fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble and repair heavy construction equipment, excavator buckets, and dozer blades.

Typical Duties :

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience :

Educational and experience requirements include : High school diploma or equivalent. Should be able to : Rate information using standards that can be measured or checked; Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy; Look at flat drawings, pictures, and blueprints and visualize how they would look as solid objects with height, width, and depth.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to : Lift and carry objects weighing no more than 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds; Climb up on and balance on ladders, scaffolding, or stairs; See well (either naturally or with correction); Stand for long periods; Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl to reach hard to get at work areas; and use hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and manipulate objects.
