Duties and Responsibilities DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

QUALITIES : The Native Student Retention Specialist will join the Native American Achievement Center Team but will maintain close ties to Admissions and other campus support services. The Retention Specialist will develop strategies for student retention and transition, working with faculty and students to ensure attendance and completion of coursework. This individual will play a key role in assisting students daily and will serve as a role model for current and upcoming students, working towards meeting the mission statement and purpose of the College.
