Position Summary

The Manager of Student Accounts and Loans plans, directs, and participates in billing, collecting, and reporting of student accounts receivable.
Responsibilities include :
- Supervision of student loan processing, billing, and collections of multiple loan programs.
- Verify and review accuracy of billing system calculation process, including maintenance for each term billing cycle.
- Resolve complex and sensitive individual billing / collection situations with students and families, requiring substantial problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years of billing, collections, customer service, and supervisory experience are required.
Proficiency in Word and Excel is required. PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
