Job Summary :
The purpose of this work-study position is to answer phones, perform administrative duties as assigned, and maintain computers at the location. As well as, communicate with location staff about building maintenance issues.
Essential Functions :
- The student must demonstrate enthusiasm, punctuality, reliability, and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Have ability to trouble-shoot and problem-solve
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Other duties assigned on a case-by-case basis

Work Conditions :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is rarely exposed to outside weather conditions; however, possible exposure to hazards and physical risks to personal safety may occur while operating certain equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
