Job descriptionProvide leadership to ensure the overall success of the school Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring and maintaining a positive learning environment Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families regarding enrollment, scheduling, and other requests for information Hiring, scheduling, and interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules Helping to manage our website, newsletters, and social media presence to represent the school to our local community Ensuring clear communication channels with teachers, students, and parents. Assisting payroll team in verifying attendance and approving time-off requests Helping to organize and produce student performance opportunities and other community events Assuring all facilities are properly stocked, and teachers are fully supported with any necessary equipment / materials General administrative tasks as needed Prior experience as a manager or similar leadership role in a dance studio setting Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Stewardship : We are caretakers of our local businesses and communities, helping them thrive by making it easy for our teachers to cultivate an enriching learning experience for students. Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun and professional General Manager to help administer our dance school, Production Company Dance Centre, in Longmont, CO . The General Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. The General Manager also serves as the main connection between the studio and Ensemble Schools - the parent organization. Join us as we continue to grow and provide excellence in dance education, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
