Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26 / hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and / or an incentive program.

We are seeking a highly motivated, action-oriented, and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Operation Intern for Manheim Auctions. This rotational role will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and rapidly growing marketplace business within the automotive auction space of Cox Automotive, a leader in vehicle remarketing services, digital marketing, and software solutions for automotive dealers, manufacturers, and consumers.
This is an excellent position for someone interested in learning about the automotive industry. During your internship, you will rotate through four significant areas of Manheim Auctions : reconditioning, operations, dealer service, and commercial services. During this 12-week internship, you can experience all four areas!

What You'll Do :
Ensure vehicles are repaired and painted to meet Manheim's standards and customer or account requirements.
Assist senior management in developing and executing operational business plans, analyzing operational expenses, and implementing procedures to improve efficiency.
Maintain communication with other departments and the management team, providing relevant information to coordinate department activities and ensure high service quality to internal and external customers.

Intern / Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the session's conclusion, conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
