We are seeking interns to join us in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Our interns actively participate in project teams, collaborating with and assisting other members of the deal transaction team. Responsibilities encompass conducting research using online resources and subscription services to gather pertinent data, constructing cash flow models, preparing supporting work papers, abstracting legal documents, and contributing to the creation of client deliverables. Additionally, the role involves utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in, preferably, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or other related field; however, we look for interns who have a passion for Real Estate
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire internship program duration, taking place between June - August 2025
• Expected graduation date : December 2025 - May 2026
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United State on a full-time basis; this position does not provide sponsorship
