• Experience using word processing
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Experience completing different forms (timesheets, rosters, ICOE reports)
• Experience with after-school programs
• Good communication skills Responsibilities :
• Log in daily attendance
• Organize and manage all program documents
• Arrange for coverage for classes if needed
• Create weekly attendance logs
• Answer phones and call parents
• Complete monthly timesheets
