Energetic Nanny / Family Assistant (FT)

Job Details :

Days : Monday - Thursday, 4 days per week.

Hours :   Mon.   1p - 7p.

Tues.  7 : 45a - 5 : 30p.

Wed.   8a - 6p.

Thurs. 2p - 6 : 30p.

40 hours per week is guaranteed, however, hours may vary slightly each week.

Salary Rate : $1,000 - $1,300 per week.

Additional Benefits : Paid time off, paid sick time, year end bonus.

A Bronxville, NY based family is seeking an energetic, reliable, and patient professional to care for and support two active boys, ages 7 and 10. Must be honest, punctual, organized, and efficient. Candidates must have high energy and stamina to keep up with two lively boys. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a knack for organizing activities, a sharp mind that can delegate and be firm as needed, and the ability to assist with homework and school projects. There is one cat in the home.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a structured daily routine while being flexible to the family’s needs.
• Transport children to and from extracurricular activities.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities to keep the children engaged and entertained.
• Promote good manners and encourage positive social interactions.
• Light housekeeping duties including laundry.
• Meal preparations and some light cooking for the children, as needed.
