Job Summary
As a part of the Supplier Material Verification Team, this Principal Specialist of supplier quality inspection position is responsible for the disposition and management of non-conforming material at Raytheon’s third party logistic (3PL) partner GXO. Additionally, this position will act as the quality lead for supplier statement of work (SOWW) compliance as well as driving supplier corrective action report (SCAR) resolution.
Responsibilities to Anticipate :
- Issue, track, and approve Supplier Corrective Action Reports.
- Disposition of non-conforming material, purges, and material in quality hold.
- Daily interaction with other cross- business teams in Raytheon to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. These groups include technical support, manufacturing / test / design engineering, supply chain, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office.
- Ensures the full compliance of company policies, procedures, and the GXO SSOW.
- Assist in workforce planning and forecasting.
- Assist in development and execution of training documentation.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using CORE.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
