We seek a dynamic Manager to steer our Supply Chain Manufacturing initiatives toward the future of operational excellence and innovative digital solutions.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead high-performing teams, working closely with executive-level client personnel to analyze and enhance functional areas of the supply chain.
- Drive digital transformation within manufacturing functions.
- Optimize processes related to manufacturing and warehousing.
- Implement comprehensive management frameworks for operations.

- In-depth technical capabilities in manufacturing operations and a quick learning ability to adapt to new processes.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing and supply chain consulting.
- Experience with plant startups and line initiatives.
- Willingness to travel extensively (60-80% of the time) and a valid driver's license and passport.
- Expertise in digital manufacturing, emerging technologies, and operational excellence.
Ideally, you'll also have
- A master's degree focusing on engineering or business.
- Deep knowledge in areas like continuous improvement, manufacturing strategy, and contract manufacturing management.
- Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS), LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies.
