Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Business Analyst - SAP ERP with hands-on experience supporting ERP systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will be instrumental in managing ERP processes for external operations and ensuring alignment between business needs and system functionality.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, supply chain planning, and master data, along with participation in at least three end-to-end ERP implementations. Prior experience in regulated industries such as biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements related to supply chain operations and ERP functions.
• Prepare detailed, testable business requirement documents and user acceptance test (UAT) scripts.
• Work directly with global teams to support SAP S/4 HANA rollout, including analysis workshops, UAT execution, and deployment tasks.
• Execute supply chain processes within SAP S/4 environment including planning, procurement, and logistics functions.
• Provide support for post-go-live system stabilization, issue resolution, and process improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as IT, Operations, Finance, and Quality to ensure successful project delivery.
• Actively participate in hands-on configuration and testing related to intercompany orders, subcontracting, 3PL integration, invoice processing, and returns.
• Utilize HP ALM or similar tools for test case development and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and cGMP standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in SAP S/4 HANA, especially in ICO Planning & Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, and Subcontracting.
• 3+ full-cycle ERP implementations (Greenfield preferred).
• Working knowledge of SAP modules related to MRP, purchase orders, planned orders, STOs, inbound/outbound logistics, and vendor invoice management.
• Proven experience in Master Data Management and Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Prior experience in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical sectors is mandatory.
• Proficiency in test planning and execution using HP ALM or equivalent tools.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Science, or a related field is required.
