Job Title : Supply Chain Director

Location : New York, NY 10010

Travel : 20%

Work Week : Monday through Friday hybrid

Salaried : $120,000 to $140,000 + bonus

Position Overview :

This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, managing external vendor relationships, and leading a team of professionals. You will report directly to the Finance Leader and play a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic planning within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing international supply chains, building strong vendor partnerships, and working cross-functionally with various teams, including stores and warehouses. Key Responsibilities :

• Supply Chain Leadership : Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient management from the warehouse perspective to support both local and international operations.
• Vendor Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective product delivery. Build and manage vendor partnerships to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
• Demand Planning : Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure product availability aligns with forecasted sales and market trends.
• Team Management : Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and professional growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including store operations and warehouses, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Project Management : Lead and manage key supply chain projects, focusing on process improvements, cost reductions, and the implementation of new technologies or systems.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term supply chain strategy, incorporating market trends, customer demands, and operational efficiencies.
• Trend Awareness : Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes and performance.
• Data Analysis : Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain operations.
