ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst working hybrid in Atlanta, GA to support our premier client’s Relay Product Excellence team. The ideal candidate will be a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative person, with excellent analytical skills. This is a 6-month contract role that offers an exciting introduction to our client’s Relay Marketplace and provides a training ground for success.
Responsibilities :
- Complete a variety of insight generation tasks to support the Account Enforcement processes, satisfying pre-defined SLA's.
- Work with individuals internally across Company to procure necessary approvals, create and fulfill business requests.
- Apply business judgement to determine the severity and resolution path for independently identified issues.
- Proactively escalate areas for process improvement and automation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, establishing standard operating procedures.
- Provide data-driven analytics and support to business partners in quantifying and resolving issues.
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
