Here, you will make an impact by :

• Create production and procurement schedules for area of responsibility.
• Works closely with the business to understand customer requirements and forecasts. Works closely with manufacturing to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining sufficient inventory levels and lead times.
• Develops and maintains operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demand.
• Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making.
• Publishes and presents service and inventory metrics and results.
• Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment. Review and reports on project progress with management.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and minimum of (2) two years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment
• High School Diploma / GED from AND (7) seven years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, materials, or business management or engineering
• Experience with SAP
• Advanced data analysis & Microsoft Excel skills
• APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue
• Six Sigma Green Belt experience or certification
• Lean Manufacturing experienceWork location :
