- Develops comprehensive project plans to guide the execution of supply chain initiatives.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals.
- Controls project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Executes project tasks and activities according to established plans and schedules.
- Monitors project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies [Required]
• Understanding of Supply Chain and/or Ancillary/Support Services operations, practices and processes [Required]
• Experience with executive-level communications and presentations [Required]
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Visio [Required]
• Ability to analyze, evaluate and solve complex business problems and drive diverse viewpoints to consensus at an executive level [Required]
• Strong process and proven organizational skills as well as natural disposition towards customer service and relationship management. [Required]
• Builds and Shares Knowledge: Develops and shares subject matter expertise/reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects [Required]
• Communication Skills: Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills [Required]
Education:
• Bachelor's bachelor’s degree or higher [Required]
Field of Study:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Work Experience:
• 5+ years of related project management or related experiences [Required]
• Continuing education and/or experience in Project Management or other business-related software or practice such as Agile and Six Sigma, etc [Preferred]
• Experience as a Team Lead or equivalent responsibilities as a project resource [Required]
• Experience in Supply Chain, Finance, and/or the healthcare field [Preferred]
• System process knowledge: Oracle PeopleSoft and Agiloft [Preferred]
