You will analyze and develop long-range contingency plans by reviewing OPLANs, CONPLANs, and related strategic, operational, logistics, mobilization, or disaster-response guidance.
You will identify specified and implied requirements; and developing or updating supporting plans, concepts, initiatives, or strategies.
You will lead or facilitate cross-functional Operational Planning Teams to develop contingency responses, courses of action, staff estimates, planning recommendations, and decision briefs for senior military or civilian leaders.
You will Integrate organizational capabilities into exercises or wargames by representing engineering, infrastructure, installation-support, logistics, or expeditionary requirements.
You will develop training objectives; and validate contingency-plan assumptions.
You will design, conducting, or evaluating TTXs, CPXs, or comparable contingency training events to identify resource requirements, reach back needs, command-and-control and communications gaps, and organizational readiness.
