KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Help execute process, technology-enabled process and strategy improvements on supply chain strategy and operational improvement projects
  • Serve as a resource and key team member on client projects
  • Support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary
  • Provide input into engagement decisions regarding work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members

Qualifications :

  • Minimum three years of recent management consulting experience providing operational advisory services related to supply chain, cost reduction and operational restructuring
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, operations analysis, or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, improve and reconstruct the information, physical and financial flows across the clients supply chain, Practical knowledge of supply chain strategy, operational excellence, operating model, global network design, supply chain finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and execute data analysis using tools (Alteryx, Excel)
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
