Job Title : Supply Chain Analyst II

Duration : 12 Months (Possible extension)

Location : Ladson SC 29456

Shift : Onsite position. MF 73 : 30 (There is some wiggle room with the hours but latest start time would be 8am)

Job Summary :

This is a data analyst position at its core.
It will act as a right hand to the hiring manager.
This person needs to be able to focus on root cause.
There will be some project management duties as well.

Must Haves :

Data analysis experience

Excel experience

Inventory control experience

Financial experience is a plus

A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Finance is preferred.

If the candidate has no degree they should have experience.

The perfect candidate would have a degree and some experience.

There will be 2 rounds of interviews for this position.

The first interview will be a 30minute onsite interview with the second interview being 60 minutes.

Roles and responsibilities :

Main Purpose of the Position is to Work with Supply Chain leaders to provide global supply chain analytics across business units in critical areas of supply chain for example : Inventory data throughput time / lead time on time delivery logistics warehouse and transportation spend sales and operations planning total supply chain optimization etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide Functional Excellence in the area of supply chain data & KPIs. Send reports on regular basis to team; Model analyze interpret data / KPIs through analytics suggest alternative methods and provide reasoning to deliver best in class results.

Work with third party supply chain and technology companies to collect data skills Functional / Technical BS preferred in Business Supply Chain or equivalent.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills (expert level on Excel Word PowerPoint etc.). Financial experience a plus.

APICS or Logistics certifications a plus.

Minimum of two years of logistics / supply chain experience or experience in an analytical role outside of supply chain.

Understanding of supply chain terminology.

Documentation / procedure writing experience.

Process & technical problemsolving skills.
