Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing contract employees at various client sites, and spearheading recruitment efforts for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across our respected client base. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration.

Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements.

Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up.

Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity.

Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.-

Foster strong community relationships through active engagement, strategic networking, job fairs, and meaningful client interactions to enhance visibility and create lasting connections.-

Retain a pool of temporary / contract employees to meet client demands.-

Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.-

Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters.-

Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required : -One to three years of relevant experience; experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred.-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.-Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.-Proficient computer skills, with one year of prior experience using the MS Office Suite Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Travel : -This role operates in a modern, hybrid work environment, utilizing technology such as laptops, video conferencing tools, cloud-based applications, and collaborative platforms. Flexibility for remote work is supported, while in-office settings may still involve the use of standard office equipment like computers, telephones, and printers.-The physical demands described here are representative of those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While carrying out job duties, the employee must regularly be able to speak clearly and hear effectively to communicate with others.
