A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure supply continuity Manage a team of materials managers to maintain critical inventory levels Establish and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials management or supply chain, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals Experience managing a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics platforms Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or CPL are a plus
