Akkodis is seeking an Application Production Support Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC(Hybrid). The role involves monitoring applications, triggering production issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.

Rate Range : $71 / hour to $73 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Application Production Support Engineer job responsibilities include :

• Monitoring and supporting applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
• Providing on-call support and triaging production tickets / issues.
• Preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents and reviewing impact analysis.
• Partnering with application teams, CCO, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Writing scripts to automate daily business-as-usual tasks.
• Identifying root causes in code and suggesting break-fix activities in code or DB.
• Following release management and code deployment processes to migrate code changes.
• Offering support after office hours, and weekends, and staying on-call as needed.

Pay Details : $71.00 to $73.00 per hour
