Job Summary :
The Administrative / Coordination Specialist supports HQ SpOC by preparing coordination packages, tracking suspenses, and producing deliverables such as Monthly Status Reports and Trip Reports. This role ensures efficient administrative support for planning and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare coordination packages, consolidate responses, and track suspenses for planning tasks.
- Produce Monthly Status Reports by the 15th of each month, detailing tasks, meetings, issues, and performance metrics.
- Prepare Trip Reports / Meeting Minutes within 5 duty days post-event, summarizing outcomes and recommendations.
- Support collaboration with internal / external agencies for task completion.
- Ensure deliverables meet performance thresholds (no more than three late documents / year, maximum two days late; corrections within two days).
- Adhere to security protocols for classified material and CUI / PII.
- Support TDY travel logistics and documentation.
