Job description

Hybrid Patient Support - Customer service

Job Description :

Answer calls, emails and / or other requests from patients and / or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. Calls are auto-connected, so it is HIGH volume.
Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient’s medication as needed.
Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient’s healthcare provider.

Requirement :

Looking for someone with call center experience / customer service experience.

Work Environment

Two shifts available : 9 : 00am to 5pm and 11 : 00am to 8pm.

Desk job in a closed-door pharmacy talking to patients and providers on the phone.

Three-week training in person (8 : 00 to 5pm), then move to hybrid
