Job Description :

This is a work from home / fully remote position.

We are looking for a highly skilled / experienced individual to provide support to our handyman / technician staff on day-to-day projects and work orders, and to help them with any issues or problems that arise.

The person in this role will be assisting individuals on all skilled trades, including by not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC / R, Roofing.

Additional responsibilities will be added as the job description evolves.

Position Requirements

Job Requirements :

5 years+ hands-on experience with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)

Experience working with self-performing labor

Must be a self-performer with minimal guidance

Effective interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to clearly and articulately explain technical tasks

Comfortable using technology

Strong problem-solving skills

Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks
