POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Representative position is an outside sales position where the RSR is responsible for growing all sales within a defined geographic sales territory. They will bring value to our distributor partners and their customers by solving industries most demanding challenges. They sell solutions and services that work. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Sales Representative will have ownership of a defined geographic territory.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to :
Cover a multi-state territory, requiring 40% - 65% travel
Implement and execute the national sales strategy
Participate in CRM pipeline reviews
Identify potential end-users accounts, secure product specifications, and drive sales through partner distributors
Lead product training for partner distributors
Joint sales calls with partner distributors
Attend industry trade shows
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelors Degree or significant industry experience
Metal product experience
Mechanically inclined willing to work in industrial settings
2-5 years outside industrial sales
Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
