Job description

Oral Surgeon (Part-Time/PRN) – High Earning Potential | No Sedation | 1–2 Days/Week

📍 Northern & Southern California
🦷 1099 Independent Contractor | Facility-Based Care

Skip the Overhead. Focus on Surgery.

If you're an Oral Surgeon who wants productive, well-structured clinical days—without managing a practice—this role is designed for you.

With Enable Dental, your schedule is streamlined, your cases are pre-qualified, and your time is spent doing what you do best: surgery.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • 1–2 Days/Week – True flexibility
  • Avg 15 Patients/Day – Consistent, referral-driven volume
  • Procedure-Only Focus – No hygiene or restorative work
  • No Sedation Required – Simpler, lower-risk workflow
  • No Wisdom Teeth Cases – Geriatric/special needs population
  • Facility-Based Care Only – Structured, team-supported environments
  • High Efficiency = Strong Daily Earnings
  • Zero Practice Management Responsibilities

Case Mix (Built for Efficiency)

  • ~70% Biopsies
  • ~30% Extractions
  • Primarily simple cases, with some moderate complexity

Practice Setting

  • Partnered with AltaMed and WelbeHealth facilities
  • Serving elderly and underserved populations
  • Coordinated, interdisciplinary care teams handle logistics and support

Ideal For Surgeons Seeking

  • Supplemental income without committing to full-time hours
  • A focused surgical schedule without unnecessary procedures
  • High productivity in fewer clinical days
  • A low-stress, systems-driven environment
