Responsibilities

Responsible for specific duties such as : HVAC refrigeration controls and electrical. Will perform a variety of general mechanical and preventative maintenance duties as well as inspections servicing repair and overhaul of equipment facilities and grounds.

• Responsible for operation and maintenance of steam-generating equipment and distribution systems. Accurately and consistently follows codes and procedures when operating and maintaining steam-generating equipment. Is sensitive to

the financial viability of the hospital by operating the steam-generating equipment as a responsible steward of our resources. Accurately and consistently completes daily logs and records. Accurately and consistently completes daily water analysis of all facility equipment. In the spirit of teamwork, patiently trains and directs department staff. Willingly solicits information from vendors and manufacturer representatives to remain current with technology.
