Compensation : $120,000 - $190,000 annually

Licensure Requirement : Must have an active AK license or be in the process of obtaining one

Job Summary

As a Medical Provider on our Atlas Medical Care Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering mobile, on-site primary care to vulnerable patient populations in assisted living and senior communities.

Your responsibilities will include :

Autonomous Patient Care : Managing complex cases with co-morbid conditions.

Education : Empowering patients and families with knowledge on self-care, disease management, and end-of-life care.

Collaboration : Working closely with facility staff and Atlas Patient Care teams.

Quality Care : Adhering to high standards guided by Atlas's quality measures.

Confidentiality and professionalism are essential in all aspects of the role, aligning with our core values.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Minimum one (1) year of primary care experience.

Home Health experience preferred (1+ years).

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of practice.

Ability and willingness to work independently and travel between communities.

Familiarity with Elation EMR is a plus.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Current CPR certification and proof of a negative TB test.

Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card.
