- What youll do :
- Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilities.
- Demonstrates knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs in facilitation proper patient placement and patient care assignments.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet inter-and intra-departmental needs.
- Actively role models and coaches the behaviors associated with leadership and assist others in developing their skills and knowledge.
- Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies, including competencies for age specific, as appropriate.
- Skills
- Demonstrates ability to organize personnel assignments and activities for others for the overall benefit of the unit.
- Working knowledge of clinical skills in delivery of patient care.
- Demonstrates proficiency in unit and the ability to function efficiently during crisis
- Basic Life Support Certification within the orientation period and meets re-certification as required.
- Work Agreement :
- FTE Status : .9, 72 Hours Per Pay Period
- Shift type : Day shift / Night shift Rotating
- Shift length : 12 hour shift 0700-1930 or 1900-0730
- Wage Rate : $33.35 - $47.79 / hour
- On Call Expectations : None
- Weekend / Holiday Frequency : Every third weekend for 12 hour shift RN. 2 holidays per year

This individual will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.

Education : Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Licensure : Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state.
Experience : At least two (2) years clinical experience within specialty area preferred.
