Description

A&D Mortgage - Financial Holding Company successfully providing residential and commercial loans for more than 20 years, based in Florida.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package;
Complete loan contracts and ensure that clients are informed about the rules and requirements;
Submit files to the designated Underwriter;
Ensure compliance with established rules and legal requirements;
Follow up with clients to verify important information

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor;

In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation;

Good understanding of banking computer software and MS Office;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
