Now Hiring : OR Tech / Surgical Technologist
Location : Kansas City, MO
Schedule : Mixed schedule (rotating weekends); 40 hrs / week
On Call : Must live within 30 minutes of facility
About the Role
Seeking a senior-level OR Tech to join a high-acuity surgical team. The OR Tech 3 is the go-to expert in the OR handling complex and high-risk cases, mentoring peers, and ensuring exceptional patient care.
You ll work across specialties including Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro / Spine, Burn, and Vascular Surgery , maintaining sterile technique and anticipating surgeon needs in both first and second scrub roles.
Qualifications
1+ years of OR Tech experience (must include endovascular / hybrid room cases)
Graduate of accredited CORT program
CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) required
BLS within 30 days of start
Strong organization & wire technique skills
Team-oriented and dependable
